Connoisseur Cocktail
1 oz. Ice wine
1/2 oz. London Dry Vermouth
1 Lemon sliced for garnish
PRECISE MIXING INSTRUCTIONS
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add Ice wine and vermouth. Shake sharply and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist or a sage leaf.
Ice Wine Sangria
1 1/2 oz. Ice wine
1/2 oz. Brandy
2 oz. Cranberry juice
1/2 oz. Grenadine
2 oz. Soda water
3 Seedless grapes for garnish
Berries, orange, lime, and mango sliced for garnish
PRECISE MIXING INSTRUCTIONS
Fill a Collins glass with ice and add Ice wine, brandy, cranberry juice, lime juice, grenadine and soda water. Garnish with fresh fruits.
Niagara Sunsplash
1 oz. Ice wine
1/2 oz. Premium Vodka
1/8 Fresh Lemon (juice only)
2 oz. POM Brand Pomegranate Cherry juice
1/2 tsp. Pomegranate Seeds for garnish
1 Kiwi for garnish
PRECISE MIXING INSTRUCTIONS
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add Ice wine, Premium Vodka, lemon and POM brand pomegranate-cherry juices. Stir until very well chilled and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a slice of fresh kiwi or sprinkle with fresh pomegranate seeds.
Orchard Cocktail
1 oz. Ice wine
1/2 oz. Premium Vodka
1/8 Fresh Lemon (juice only)
2 oz. Peach Juice
1 Fresh Peach sliced for garnish
Splash of sparkling wine
PRECISE MIXING INSTRUCTIONS
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add Ice wine, premium vodka, lemon and peach juices. Stir until chilled and strain into a martini glass. Top with a splash of sparkling wine and garnish with a fresh peach slice
Notting Hill Martini
1 oz. Ice wine
1/2 oz. Sherry
1 tsp. Orange marmalade
1/2 oz. Blood Orange syrup
1 Blood Orange sliced for garnish
PRECISE MIXING INSTRUCTIONS
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add Ice wine, Sherry, orange marmalade and blood orange syrup. Shake sharply and strain into a small martini glass. Garnish with a blood orange wheel.
